Just one more exam and i’ll be done with this semester (insallah). Time is not passing for some reason not that i am looking forward to my trip with excitment but for some other odd reason that i am unaware of.

There is this camera i saw Nikon D40 and Nikon D80, well Nikon D80 is better than D40 but its really expensive and i cant afford it right now but i cant afford D40 either. I asked mom if she could buy me D40 and she said yeh but i dont want to buy it because she is spending money on the gifts plus bought me a ticket and also she is the one who is gona pay for all the expenses in pakistan so i dont want to burden her too much though i know she’ll never say no to me, at least not right now .

I know i could get a cheaper camera but i dont want to waste money on some cheap one ’cause than i cant buy the one i want to buy.  oh well i have many other things in my list that i need to buy before i go to pakistan….. Shopping day is Thurday evening anyone wana join me, you can buy me all the things i want, i dont mind

Semester is over and it’s time for finals and for some reason i think i am gona fail for sure I can’t study because there are so many things to do.

• file for tax
• return my uniform
• call Department of National Defence headquarter and ask for releasing documents
• fax interest relief form to national loan or else pay $480
• deposit my tax return check
• pay my visa bill
• do shopping before i leave

And the finals are this week and the following week

Marketing on Thursday, Accounting on Monday, Statistic on Tuesday, Inter. Economic on Thursday and

Flying to Pakistan on Friday.

LOADS of prayers needed!

Dasani is one of my favourit water brand. The worst one would be “Canada spring” due to the minerals in it. I hate the taste of it but i can drink Dasani all day eventhough the 1L bottle is for $2.50 but i dont mind because of the refreshing taste of Dasani.  i have once bought Canada Spring water and i couldn’t even drink half of the bottle. Dasani water bottle i can drink 2 or 3 bottles, i just bought the 1Litter bottle before going to class and was almost finished at the end of the class. I know it is simple water just filtered so it taste somewhat like my home filter water. 

I haven’t seen any of these brands….

Zoned Out!

Now I know how it feels to be hanging in the middle of no where!

Today was my first day of being a duty officer, as i was briefed in my last shift what I am responsible being a duty officer, i thought its not gona be hard. All i had to do was look in Flight sergeant’s binder and check if he finished all his duties and than at the end of the night i had to do an inspection of the whole unit and check if everything is done and than dismiss the flight sergeant.

 While i was talking to the supply officer my CO told me i am duty officer and being a duty officer i’ll have to do the announcement. :O

I was like WHAT? I was in the state of shock and started panicking. I told her i have never taken the charge of the whole squadron and i have no idea how am i suppose to do it.  I tried convincing her if i could observe for tonight and do the announcement the next parade night.  huh but no…. all she did was asked this other officer to brief me on how to take charge and do the announcements.

While i was panicking, this other captain came and tried to relax me and this other officer also started telling me how his 4 years old daughter once took the charge of the whole squadron and when she said left turn, how all of the sudden the whole squadron turned left. lolsss While he was trying to relax me Captain G. was doing the opposite trying to scare me :S though i knew he was joking and than Captain G and this other officer started arguing on how he should scare me and blah blah blah.

All the cadets were asked to fall in and we officers marched int the parade hall. one of the Senior NCO took the power of command and passed it on to the Warrant Officer Khan. Than i march in front of the squadron of 180 cadets and took the power of command from warrant officer and made all the announcements and asked other officer if they want to add anything. Than i passed the power of command back to the warrant officer Khan, who than did his announcements and passed the command to Senior NCO who diss missed the squadron.

That wasn’t it, after the squadron was dismissed, i had to do the inspection and than dismiss flight sergeant but it took the duty flight hour and half to finish up everything they were incharge of.

Our squadron is standing down for two weeks of spring break yeppyyyy oh wait i just remember i have 3 midterms next week great….. just great!
